Your privacy and personal data
Spring Youth Care and Spring Youth Professionals, known as "SPRING Youth," use your personal data to provide you with the best possible service. We only use the data that is truly necessary for our work. We protect your privacy as best as we can. Therefore, we have established rules to ensure the careful handling of your personal data:

– We only use data that is necessary to assist you.

– We are open about the use of your personal data.

What are personal data?
Personal data is information about an individual. This information is used to identify the individual.

If you come to SPRING Youth with a request for assistance, we will use your personal data until you receive help. We may also request, record, and share data. This is only permitted when absolutely necessary. For example, to determine what assistance you need and to arrange it. We use your personal data within the limits of the law.

SPRING Youth has established rules to protect your privacy. These rules or agreements regarding your privacy are set out in the privacy regulations. This document describes, for example, the purposes for which data is processed. It also explains in detail your rights.

Your consent
Sometimes it's necessary to request more personal data. For example, if medical information is important for assessing your request for care. In that case, we'll ask for your permission to contact your GP.

Our staff will first assess whether it's truly necessary to request your personal data. Sometimes we can get a good picture with less information.

You have a number of rights, such as the right to:

– To change or supplement your personal data

– Object to the use of your personal data

- To transfer your personal data to another healthcare provider
